Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who own or are legally authorised to let a residential rental property.
The property must be located within our property management service area in Shropshire and be suitable for management by our agency.
One entry per landlord. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
The competition closes at 11:59pm on 21st August 2026 . Entries received after this time will not be included.
One winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date and notified using the contact details provided.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or declines the prize, we reserve the right to select another winner.
The prize consists of 12 months' management fees free of charge under our Fully Managed Service for one residential property. Any third-party costs remain the responsibility of the landlord, including but not limited to maintenance works, contractor invoices, compliance certificates, insurance, inventory services, tenancy deposit registration fees, court or legal costs, and any other expenses payable to external suppliers.
The landlord must enter into our standard Property Management Agreement before management commences and agree to our usual terms of business.
Existing legal obligations relating to the property remain the landlord's responsibility. We will assist in managing compliance but cannot accept responsibility for historic or pre-existing issues.
If the winning property is already occupied, the free management period will begin from the date management transfers to us.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or substituted for any other service.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
By entering, you agree that, if you win, we may announce your first name and the general location of your property (for example, "Sarah from Shrewsbury") on our website and social media. No full address or sensitive personal information will be published.
By entering the competition, you consent to us contacting you about your entry and, if you opt in, sending occasional landlord news, property market updates and information about our services. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
